Liverpool boss Arne Slot shared the text message that Jurgen Klopp sent him after winning the Premier League. Celebrations were kick-started with the Reds’ 5-1 victory over Tottenham and their former head coach was more than happy about the success, despite leaving the pervious year.
Slot was speaking publicly for the first time since securing the title in his first season in England. He lavished praise on Klopp during the Anfield scenes last Sunday, thanking him for leaving such a talented squad that was able to fend off Arsenal at the top of the table.
