Tottenham captain Heung-min Son suffers head injury in Europa League trophy mishap: ‘Somebody pushed me!’
Heung-min Son was left with a Europa League battle scar after cutting his forehead on the trophy in the heat of Tottenham’s celebrations in Bilbao.
The Spurs captain suffered a nasty-looking gash above his right eye as Spurs celebrated beating Manchester United to end their 17-year-old trophy drought.
