Tottenham: Ange Postecoglou insists 'future is assured' as he offers update ahead of Europa League final
Ange Postecoglou has said he wants to stay at Tottenham beyond the end of the season, insisting the job is “far from finished”.
Postecoglou is widely expected to leave Spurs at the end of the campaign regardless of the result of Wednesday’s Europa League final against Manchester United here in Bilbao.
Asked on the eve of the final whether there was a scenario where Spurs won and he walked away thinking his job was done, Postecoglou said: “No, because I don’t think my job is done here. I really feel like we are building something and what a trophy does is hopefully accelerate that.
