Tennis stars have entered the final week of preparations before the French Open. The second Grand Slam of the season gets underway over the weekend with several players believing they have a chance of lifting silverware.
Jannik Sinner returned from his three-month ban with some excellent performances at the Italian Open, reaching the final before eventually running out of steam against Carlos Alcaraz. The Italian will believe he has a chance of claiming the Roland Garros crown from Alcaraz over the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic will enter the tournament as an outsider but may feel invigorated after the coaching change that saw Andy Murray leave his team. Emma Raducanu has also been in good form and will hope to go far as she seeks a seeded spot for Wimbledon.
