Stephen Hendry apologises for Mark Williams analysis during World Championship

Stephen Hendry jokingly apologised for lacking insight during his analysis of Mark Williams’ display in a thrilling World Championship semi-final. The seven-time world champion eulogised about his former rival at the Crucible.
After falling 5-3 behind in the first session against Judd Trump, Williams bounced back to level at 8-8. The Welshman then led 13-11 at the end of the third session to put himself in with an excellent chance of winning the semi-final and meeting Zhao Xintong in the final. He then won the first frame of Saturday’s final session, prompting Hendry to praise his display.
