PKL 2025: Player auction on 31 May & 1 June; Bengal Warriorz appoint Naveen Kumar as head coach

The PKL Season 12 player auction is scheduled to take place on 31 May and 1 June 2025 in Mumbai. Meanwhile, Bengal Warriorz have appointed veteran Naveen Kumar as their new head coach ahead of the new Pro Kabaddi season.
Mumbai: Mashal Sports is excited to announce the upcoming Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 12 Player Auction, scheduled to take place on May 31 and June 1, 2025 in Mumbai. The Season 12 Auction comes after the successful conclusion of PKL Season 11, which saw Haryana Steelers win the trophy for the first time after beating three-time champions Patna Pirates in the final on December 29, 2024.
The league’s journey began in 2014, and over the past 11 Seasons, there have been 8 different champions. Season 11 of PKL – held from October 18, 2024 to December 29, 2024 – was a significant milestone, as the league entered its second decade, which further solidifies PKL’s position as one of India’s premier sporting leagues enabling sustained growth and interest in kabaddi. The upcoming Player Auction for PKL Season 12 gets the ball rolling for yet another glorious chapter of rivalries, a passionate title defence, and the unmatched energy of kabaddi fans from across India, and the globe.
