Max Verstappen demands Red Bull investigation after worrying Miami Grand Prix incident

Max Verstappen was left livid with his Red Bull team despite taking pole position for the Miami Grand Prix on Saturday. The Dutchman produced a blistering lap in qualifying to finish ahead of McLaren rival Lando Norris, with Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli third.
However, the reigning world champion’s day was far from perfect. After receiving a 10-second penalty in the sprint race, he failed to pick up any points and eventually crossed the line behind a safety car in 17th after being demoted. Verstappen had been running third before a controversial moment in the pit lane after he opted to switch to slick tyres as the track began to dry out.
