Marti Cifuentes: QPR place manager on gardening leave amid West Brom links
QPR have placed manager Marti Cifuentes on gardening leave amid strong links to the vacant West Brom job.
Rangers announced on Tuesday evening that assistant coaches Kevin Betsy and Xavi Calm would jointly take charge of the team for their final game of the Championship season away at play-off side Sunderland on Saturday lunchtime.
“Martí Cifuentes has been placed on gardening leave,” QPR said in a statement on their official website.
