Manchester United confirm matchday squad vs Athletic Club as Matthijs de Ligt and Amad Diallo decision made
Manchester United have confirmed their matchday squad for tonight’s Europa League semi-final first leg against Athletic Club.
Ruben Amorim told reporters on Wednesday evening that Matthijs de Ligt and Amad Diallo were in contention to make the matchday squad, and the pair have now been confirmed as such.
Young forward Chido Obi is with the first-team squad in Spain but is ineligible for the Europa League. His presence hints at a possible appearance against Brentford at the weekend, though.
