Journalism recovered from a bump and came with a late surge to win the 150th running of the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico.
The evens favourite, ridden by Umberto Rispoli, made up five lengths in the final furlong to land the middle leg of the US Triple Crown on the final race day before the 155-year-old venue is demolished and rebuilt.
