Rory McIlroy has explained he will not play again immediately after a major ahead of this weekend’s PGA Championship. McIlroy launched back into the action after clinching the Green Jacket by appearing in the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, an event which he won alongside Shane Lowry in 2024.
