Gabriel Martinelli believes Arsenal’s second-half performance at Anfield should fill them with belief that they can finally end their trophy drought next season.
The Gunners were trailing 2-0 against champions Liverpool on Sunday after Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz both struck midway through the first half.
The Gunners once again failed to win a trophy this year, with their last major silverware coming when they lifted the FA Cup back in 2020 during Arteta’s first season in charge.
