Burndener Shield leads the way for club at Chorley 10k
A week after the excitement of the marathons, it was time again to focus on the Club Championship races for Burnden Road Runners.
Club captains, Linda and Gareth, had chosen a local treat for the membership in the form of the Chorley 10k. With admittedly a few tricks (hills) included, the race is a community effort with a family fun run 2k taking place on the same day, creating a buzzing atmosphere.
