Anfield reflects on York Valkyrie’s Challenge Cup defeat at St Helens
LINDSAY Anfield believes that York Valkyrie are in a good place for the start of the Women’s Super League season, despite a disappointing 10-6 defeat to St Helens in their Women’s Challenge Cup semi-final.
The Valkyrie will bid to become the first team to win three consecutive titles when they begin the new league campaign at Wigan on Friday night.
